Members of the Chamber manage Chamber’s activities through the elected representatives in Chamber bodies.

BODIES OF THE CHAMBER ARE:

ASSEMBLY OF THE CHAMBER:

nAssembly is the highest decision making body in the Chamber.

nAll members have the right and oblilgation to participate in activities of the Assembly.

nAssembly adopts the Statute and Operational plan, proclaims attitudes regarding most significant questions about representing economy interests.

MANAGEMENT BOARD:

nManages Chamber’s activities and conducts decisions and conclusions of the Assembly

nConsists of 16 members elected out of businessmen from Banja Luka region

STEERING COMMITTEE:

nControls conducting of the Statute and other documents, as well as material and financial aspects of business.

PRESIDENT OF THE CHAMBER:

nRepresents the Chamber and manages its activities.

nHarmonises activities of bodies and other kinds of Chamber organising.

COURT OF HONOUR:

nAdopts decisions on disobeyance of good business customs and business moral by the members of the Chamber upon rules codified through the rulebook of the Court of Honour.

BRANCH ASSOCIATIONS:

nKinds of organising and work of regional Chambers which examine from expert aspect questions regarding a specific branch of economy
